Your role as an Engagement Specialist is to nurture prospective clients by making phone calls and building the Realtor’s Pipeline. Auto-dial system means no chasing leads! Smile & Dial!

Your Responsibilities include:

• Speaking with Leads who have requested information on our Realtor’s website
• Speaking with Contacts who have lost touch
• Speaking with Past Clients and Current Clients in order to stay in touch and re-connect to our Realtor
• Typing detailed notes and updates into CRM system
• Setting up Introductions between Client & Realtor

Your Qualifications:

• Naturally friendly and customer-service oriented
• Prior experience making OUTBOUND calls
• Prior experience with Real Estate outbound calling & appointment setting is a BIG BONUS, but not required

Salary: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
