Tasks

Administer tests using equipment, instruct patients on test procedures and record results, and monitor, check and calibrate auditory equipment, Assist health care professionals, Follow through on treatment programs with patients, Maintain prescription records, Set up and dismantle equipment, Clean and maintain equipment, Lay out surgical instruments, Collect statistics, Maintain supplies, Maintain inventory of equipment, Perform general clerical duties, Process files and paperwork, Take patients’ general medical and ophthalmic history, Order supplies and equipment, Organize and maintain inventory
