Tasks

Overseeing daily operations involves planning, organizing, and evaluating daily workflows while supervising, leading, instructing, and monitoring staff performance to ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed. Core leadership responsibilities include recruiting, scheduling, training, conducting performance reviews, providing high-quality customer service, and directly addressing customer complaints or concerns. Financially and strategically, this role entails tracking revenues to determine labour costs, pricing products and services, organizing and maintaining inventory, and participating in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies.
